On April 26, 2019, Bhutan witnessed a historic milestone — the nation’s very first Paralympic Day, held at the Athletics Stadium in Thimphu. It was a moment that stitched together hearts, abilities, and dreams under one sky, uniting 160 children with disabilities and 140 of their peers in a celebration of spirit, movement, and mutual respect.
